This place suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, a rooftop pool, and a lovely spa. The staff helped me find my lost ID card during my first stay. I highly recommend trying the massage service. I'm coming back for a romantic escape.

I loved the location, super close to the beach and Bangla Road but still quiet. The rooftop pool had great views. The breakfast was decent too, plenty of choices for different tastes. Win Cho the bartender was fantastic. Such a vibe!

The pool water needs serious cleaning!!! I found the soundproofing between connecting rooms inadequate. Pool chairs should be adjustable for comfort!!! The reception area could use a better odor control system!!!

The rooftop pool was amazing, perfect for cooling off. My room had a comfy bed, air conditioning, and a nice balcony. Loved the spa with beauty services and facilities. Staff were super nice and always helpful. Great location, only a 5-min walk to the beach!
